The average price per square metre in Catalonia was €1,029/m², with a slight quarterly decrease of -0.24% and a year-on-year decrease of -3.32%.
The average price per storage unit was €5,623, reflecting a quarterly fall of -2.33% and a year-on-year adjustment of -6.47%. The province of Barcelona recorded 660 sales, with an average price of €6,305 per storage unit, while in the city of Barcelona 100 transactions were made with an average price of €9,518, which represents a year-on-year fall of -7.15%.
This report reflects a significant recovery in storage transactions, although prices continue to decline due to market instability.
