However, the twelve-month analysis reveals a slight decrease of -1.57% in annual sales, with 625 transactions in 2019.
As for prices, the city of Girona recorded a slight quarterly decrease of -0.73%, placing the average price at €1,107/m², while the year-on-year variation showed a growth of 1.08%, consolidating prices around €1,100/m². In the province of Girona, the average price was €934/m², with a slight quarterly drop of -0.86%, although with a solid year-on-year growth of 3.19%.
At the provincial level, sales reached 1,086 units, with a decrease of -5.48% in the quarter, but a strong increase of 15.78% compared to the same quarter in 2018. Despite this quarterly rebound, the annual figures for 2019 showed a significant decrease of -22.03%, with 3,320 transactions in the province.
