Despite this decrease in supply, prices per square metre remained stable, with a quarterly increase of 0.45% and a year-on-year increase of 3.54%, reaching €1,049/m².
The average price offered per garage was €13,911, which represents a slight quarterly decrease of 0.51%. In the rental market, offers also fell, with a quarterly drop of 20.42%. Rental prices per square metre remained relatively stable, with a quarterly decrease of 0.93%, standing at €7.45/m².
In the province of Barcelona, the number of offers for sale increased by 3.16% quarter-on-quarter, although a year-on-year adjustment of 29.73% was observed. Prices per square metre for sale in the province of Barcelona also showed a slight quarterly decrease of 2.25%, but a year-on-year increase of 2.98%. This report reflects the stability in prices in the garage sector in Catalonia, with slight adjustments in supply, both for sale and for rent. However, demand continues to adjust to fluctuations in supply, suggesting that the garage market could maintain this trend in the short term.
