These data confirm an upward trend in the sector after two consecutive quarters of decline.
In terms of prices, the performance has been more moderate. In the province of Barcelona, the average price of garages stood at €1,270/m², with a slight fall of 0.34% compared to the previous quarter, but with a year-on-year increase of 1.89%. In the city of Barcelona, the average price was €1,775/m², with a quarterly decrease of 2.85% and a year-on-year decrease of 1.77%, reflecting a flatter performance in this area.
In terms of transaction volume, Barcelona recorded 1,815 garage sales in the fourth quarter, representing an increase of 1,007% compared to the previous quarter and 3,444% year-on-year. At provincial level, the number of transactions reached 6,007, consolidating a stable and growing trend.
