In the rental market, 35,427 offers were registered, with a quarterly decrease of -0.41%, although with a significant year-on-year growth of 35.06%. The average rental price stood at €10.86/m² per month. Barcelona remains the most active province in terms of supply and prices, with an average rental price of €11.51/m².
