Despite this slowdown, prices remained relatively stable, with an average price per square metre of €1,107/m², with no quarterly variations and a slight year-on-year adjustment of -2.04%.
The average price per garage in Catalonia was €14,922, with a slight quarterly increase of 0.10%, although with a year-on-year correction of -0.91%. The province of Barcelona concentrated the majority of transactions with 6,429 sales, while in the city of Barcelona there was a fall of -11.49% in transactions. Prices in the Catalan capital also showed a slight correction, with an average price per garage of €20,126, -3.11% year-on-year.
