In total, 9,460 sales were recorded, 13.44% more than in the previous quarter. Despite the increase in transactions, prices have shown slight declines. The average price per square metre was €1,124/m², with a quarterly decrease of -1.69%, and the average price per garage stood at €14,988, with an adjustment of -2.15%. These declines were moderate, maintaining stability in the market.
The province of Barcelona stood out with 6,790 sales, while in the city of Barcelona 1,671 transactions were recorded, with a significant quarterly adjustment of -7.93%. In terms of prices, the average value per garage in Barcelona was €20,974, with a quarterly decrease of -4.55%.
This report reflects a trend of consolidation in the garage market in Catalonia, where the increase in transactions contrasts with the slight fall in prices.
