This reflects a certain randomness in the market behaviour, with variations that remain within stable ranges.
At the provincial level, the market has performed better. 758 storage room sales were recorded throughout the province of Barcelona, which represents a quarterly increase of 4.26% and a significant year-on-year growth of 47.47%. Throughout 2019, the province accumulated 2,973 sales, an increase of 7.25% compared to the previous year. In terms of prices, the average value in the province was €1,172/m², with a quarterly decrease of -0.50% and a year-on-year drop of -2.48%.
