The number of sales offers reached 35,415, with a quarterly increase of 13.86% and a year-on-year increase of 8.59%. The average price per square metre offered was €1,261/m², with a quarterly increase of 1.72%. However, the average sale price per premises showed a slight adjustment, standing at €224,661.
In the rental market, 27,731 offers were registered, reflecting a quarterly increase of 5.72%. Despite this increase in supply, rental prices per square metre fell by 1.99%, reaching a price of €10.81/m². The report highlights the stability of prices in the commercial premises market, with significant differences between provinces, reflecting the heterogeneous nature of this type of property.
