This behavior points to a mature market, with moderate increases and no significant pressure on rents.
Territorial differences are observed in major urban areas. Large cities concentrate the largest volume of supply and maintain the highest prices, while in secondary markets the trend is more uneven, with small adjustments in both volume and value.
